Greek Baked Turkey Meatballs Recipe
Greek Baked Turkey Meatballs are a tasty appetizer or an excellent main dish. They're insanely easy to whip up and a healthy option as well!

Ingredients
1
pound
ground turkey meat
1
teaspoon
olive oil
1
large
egg
1-2
cloves
garlic,
pressed or minced
½
cup
seasoned bread crumbs
1
Tablespoons
lemon juice
½
teaspoon
dried oregano
1
teaspoon
fresh parsley,
chopped
1
teaspoon
kosher salt
¼
teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment or a silicone baking mat.
In a large bowl, lightly mix all ingredients with a fork until just combined.
Form the meat mixture into 1 ½-2 inch balls.
Spread the meatballs out in a single layer on the sheet pan spray with cooking spray.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Serve immediately
