Classic 7 Layer Dip
It's not a party without this classic 7 layer dip- it's one of those epic appetizers that people can't stop eating! Make this for you next party!

Ingredients
2
cans
jalapeno bean dip
(the one in the can near the chips- I used Frito Lays brand)
3
avocados,
mashed
2
Tablespoon
lemon juice
½
teaspoon
kosher salt
¼
teaspoon
black pepper
16
ounce container
sour cream
1
cup
mayonnaise
1
packet
taco seasoning
1
bunch
green onions,
chopped (green parts only)
3
Roma tomatoes,
seeded and chopped
1-2
cans
chopped black olives
16
ounces
shredded cheddar
Doritos or tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
Layer 1
Spread the bean dip in an even layer on the bottom of each pie plate.
Layer 2
In a medium bowl combine the mashed avocado, lemon juice, salt and pepper until well combined.
Spread in a single layer on top of the bean dip on each pie plate.
Layer 3
In another medium bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
Spread in a single layer on top of the avocado mixture on each pie plate.
Layer 4
Sprinkle the green onions on top of the sour cream mixture on each pie plate (use these sparingly).
Layer 5
Sprinkle to tomatoes over the green onion layer on each pie plate.
Layer 6
Sprinkle the black olives over the tomato layer on each pie plate.
Layer 7
Sprinkle to the cheese over the top of the dip on each pie plate.
Refrigerate for several hours before serving. Serve with Doritos or tortilla chips.
