Ingredients

  • 4-5 cups broccoli florets cut to 2 inch pieces
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Kosher salt to taste optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper or a silicone liner.
  2. In a large bowl all ingredients. Until the broccoli is well coated.
  3. Spread broccoli in a single layer on the pan.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the broccoli is fork tender.
  5. Taste for seasoning and if needed add kosher salt to taste.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
