Ingredients
Cooking spray

sifted flour
1 ½
teaspoon
baking powder
½
teaspoon
baking soda
½
teaspoon
salt
¼
teaspoon
ground nutmeg

eggs
½
cup
softened butter
(1 stick)
½
cup
buttermilk
(you can always whisk a couple tablespoons of lemon juice or white vinegar with milk if you don't have buttermilk on hand)

sugar

ripe bananas,
peeled and mashed (⅓ cup)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 2 loaf pans.
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and ground nutmeg into a bowl and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix eggs, butter, buttermilk and sugar until smooth. Add bananas and continue mixing until well combined.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour into prepared loaf pans and bake for 45 minutes or until your cake tester comes out clean. Enjoy!
