Artichoke Asiago Dip
This Artichoke Asiago Dip is the best easy recipe to throw together for a last-minute spring get-together. It only takes a couple of minutes to make and is fully of cheesy, delicious flavor!

Ingredients
RITZ Crackers

oz.
can of quartered artichokes in brine
drained
1
cup
of shredded asiago cheese
¼
cup
of grated Romano cheese
½
cup
of sour cream

Tbsp.
of mayonnaise
½
tsp.
of garlic powder
¼
tsp.
of black pepper
1
tsp.
of finely chopped fresh parsley + a little extra for garnish
Instructions
Roughly chop the artichokes and place them into a mixing bowl.
Add the Asiago cheese, Romano cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, black pepper and parsley.
Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Place the dip into the serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve, or for up to a week.
