Everything Pita Chips
This homemade Everything Pita Chips recipe is a super easy and healthy appetizer. This post shows you how to make DIY Pita Chips with Everything Bagel Seasoning- they're baked to perfection and are the tastiest snacks you'll find!

Ingredients
Full size
store-bought pitas (I used multi-grain)
Olive oil cooking spray
Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a pan with a silpat or parchment paper. Set aside.
Cut the pita in half and then cut each half into three wedges.
Line the wedges up in a single layer on the pan.
Spray a light layer of olive oil onto the tops of the pita chips.
Sprinkle generously with Everything Bagel Seasoning.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until they're crispy.

Notes
These can be stored in a container on your counter for a few days but are best right out of the oven.
