Add the honey, lemon juice, pepper flakes and garlic to the bowl and whisk to mix. Set aside.
Heat oil over medium high heat in a large skillet (or a wok if you have one).
Remove the snow peas from the pan.
Add shrimp and cook 1-2 minutes until they begin turning pink and then turn.
Cook shrimp for another minute and add snow peas and sauce back into the pan and mix well.
Simmer for a 2-3 more minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly and serve over Minute® Ready to Serve Organic Brown Rice with a sprinkle of sesame seeds
