This PMS Bark is the ultimate treat to fulfill both your sweet and salty cravings! Made with rich dark chocolate, salty potato chips and pretzels, peanut butter chips and buttery toffee bits, this recipe is SO easy to make and really addictive- you won't be able to get enough!!

Instructions
Prepare a standard size sheet pan by lining it with wax paper (parchment will also work).
Pour one bag of morsels into a microwave safe bowl and melt it by heating for 30 seconds, then stirring, then 30 more seconds, then stirring then in increments of 15 seconds and stirring in between until smooth.
Once the chocolate is melted, stir in 1 tsp. of the coconut oil until smooth.
spread you chocolate into a thin, even layer so it covers most of the sheet pan (leave a little wax paper around all the edges so it's easier to peel off when you're done). I found it easiest to use my offset spatula to do this.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour, or when the chocolate is solid.
Use the above process to melt your other bag of morsels and stir in the other tsp. of coconut oil once it's melted, until everything is smooth.
Once again, spread your chocolate into a thin, even layer that completely covers the first layer of solid chocolate.
Once you've smoothed the top out, sprinkle on your chips, pretzels, peanut butter chips and toffee bits.
After you'd sufficiently covered your bark in these toppings, lightly press them into the chocolate using your hands.
Refrigerate for at least an hour and once it's solid, break the bark into shards and enjoy!
Notes
If you're concerned about breaking up the bark into shards, you can always score the second layer of chocolate before you place the topping on to make it easier to break up.
This will last a good week or two in your refrigerator (if you don't keep it in the fridge, it will have a still delicious, but slightly melty texture).
