  • 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained (I prefer 80/20)
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen corn
  • 15 ounces frozen green beans
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 8 ounce cans tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1/4 cup water or chicken broth (optional- only use it if seems too dry)

  1. In a large pan, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain and return to the heat.

  2. Add all ingredients except the macaroni and water.

  3. Reduce the heat to medium low and simmer for 1 hour, stirring periodically.

  4. Add pasta and cook for another 10-12 minutes, stirring periodically. If it seems dry add water or chicken broth.

  5. Once pasta is tender serve immediately.
