Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 3 Tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 1 10 ounce bag mini marshmallows, divided
  • 5 cups Golden Grahams cereal
  • 1 cup chocolate chips + 1 small handful

Instructions

  1. Spray a 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper, leaving some extra paper over the sides (this makes it easy to pull it out of the pan once it's set to cut it).

  2. Melt butter over medium heat in pot. Once it's melted, reduce the heat to low.

  3. Set aside 1 cup of mini marshmallows + 1 small handful from the 10 oz bag and add the remaining marshmallows to pot. Spray a mixing spoon with cooking spray and continuously stir until marshmallows are fully melted.

  4. Remove the pot from the heat and add the Golden Grahams. Stir well to combine.

  5. Then add the reserved cup of mini marshmallows and the cup of chocolate chips (leaving the handfuls aside).

  6. Stir once more to combine and then put the mixture into the prepared 13 x 9 pan. Gently press it down into an even layer in the pan.

  7. Top with handfuls of extra marshmallows and chocolate chips to your taste and let it set in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (but longer is better).

  8. Once set, pull the bar it out of the pan in once piece using the parchment paper and slice. Store in an air tight container and enjoy!
