Artichoke Asiago Dip
This Artichoke Asiago Dip is the best easy recipe to throw together for a last-minute spring get-together. It only takes a couple of minutes to make and is fully of cheesy, delicious flavor!

quartered artichokes in brine
drained

asiago cheese
shredded

cup
Romano cheese
grated

sour cream

mayonnaise

garlic powder

ground black pepper

teaspoon
fresh parsley + a little extra for garnish
finely chopped
Crackers or chips for serving
Instructions
Roughly chop the artichokes and place them into a mixing bowl.
Add the Asiago cheese, Romano cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, black pepper and parsley.
Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Place the dip into the serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve, or for up to a week.
Enjoy the dip spread on Crackers or chips.
Notes
Leftovers last up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
