These s'more bars are one of the best easy desserts to make for a last-minute party or get-together. Made with Golden Grahams, marshmallows, and chocolate chips, this no bake s'mores bar recipe is one that both kids and adults will love this summer!
Spray a 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper, leaving some extra paper over the sides (this makes it easy to pull it out of the pan once it's set to cut it).
Melt butter over medium heat in pot. Once it's melted, reduce the heat to low.
Set aside 1 cup of mini marshmallows + 1 small handful from the 10 oz bag and add the remaining marshmallows to pot. Spray a mixing spoon with cooking spray and continuously stir until marshmallows are fully melted.
Remove the pot from the heat and add the Golden Grahams. Stir well to combine.
Then add the reserved cup of mini marshmallows and the cup of chocolate chips (leaving the handfuls aside).
Stir once more to combine and then put the mixture into the prepared 13 x 9 pan. Gently press it down into an even layer in the pan.
Top with handfuls of extra marshmallows and chocolate chips to your taste and let it set in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (but longer is better).
Once set, pull the bar it out of the pan in once piece using the parchment paper and slice. Store in an air tight container and enjoy!

Use low heat when melting butter and marshmallows. Yes, it takes a tiny bit longer, but you also don’t have to worry about burning anything and having to start all over again.
I like to spray my spoon with cooking spray before stirring the marshmallows to prevent sticking. Same with my hands before pressing the mixture into the pan.
A trick for getting them to set quicker- Place the pan in the refrigerator. No bake s'mores bars will be ready to slice in about 30 minutes!
