Shrimp with Pesto and Prosciutto are such a tasty appetizer- the perfect flavor combo and they cook up just right to give your event an extra special feel.
15jumbo raw shrimpthawed if necessary, peeled and deveined (you can leave the tails if you want to)
⅔cupspesto
15thin slices of prosciutto
Instructions
Preheat broiler to high and move the oven rack to about 6 inches from the top of the oven. Line a sheet pan with foil.
Toss the shrimp in the pesto until well coated.
Wrap each piece of shrimp in a slice pf prosciutto and skewer it with a toothpick to secure.
Place each shrimp in a single layer on a sheet pan and for around 5 minutes, flipping once midway through (keep an eye on them based on your oven's hot spots). Serve immediately.
